Meats & Seafood - Hot Dog Kabobs



INGREDIENTS
  • 4 hot dogs
  • 1 (10-ounce) can pineapple chunks
  • 4 teaspoons vegetable oil
  • 8 hot dog rolls, toasted
  • 8 teaspoons barbecue sauce
  • Cut each hot dog into five chunks; alternate each on a skewer with pineapple chunks and brush with vegetable oil. Broil over heat, turning until browned.
  • Meanwhile, spread each roll with barbecue sauce. Slide hot dogs and pineapple chunks off skewers and into the rolls.
  • Yield: four servings.

INSTRUCTIONS
