Meats & Seafood - Turkey Club Casserole



INGREDIENTS
  • 1 1/2 cups cooked turkey breast, diced
  • 2 tablespoons bacon bits
  • 3/4 cup fresh tomato, peeled and diced
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 3/4 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1 teaspoon dried or fresh basil
  • 1 (7.5-ounce) can refrigerated biscuits

INSTRUCTIONS
Preheat oven to 375°. In an 8-x-8-inch baking dish sprayed with cooking spray, layer turkey, bacon bits, and tomato. In a medium bowl, combine mayonnaise, cheese, and basil. Evenly spread mixture over tomato layer.
Separate biscuits and cut each into four pieces. Sprinkle biscuit pieces evenly over top. Bake 18 to 20 minutes or until biscuit pieces are golden brown. Lightly spray top with butter-flavored cooking spray. Cool for five minutes.
