Cookies and Candy -
Honey Oatmeal Cookies

| INGREDIENTS |
- 2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour

3/4 teaspoon salt

1/2 tablespoon baking soda

1 teaspoon baking powder

2 cups oats
-
2/3 cup sugar
-
3/4 teaspoon cinnamon

1/2 cup of oil
-
1/2 cup of honey
-
2 small eggs
-
1 tablespoon water
-
1/2 cup raisins
-
1/4 cup brown sugar
-
1/2 cup pecans
-
1 tablespoon milk

| INSTRUCTIONS |
| Mix all ingredients and drop by spoonfuls on to baking sheet. Bake at 300° until lightly browned around edges. Let cool and enjoy with a tall glass of milk! |
