Meats & Seafood - Hawaiian Holiday Ham



INGREDIENTS
  • 1 whole ham, pre-cooked
  • 1 large can pineapple, sliced & drained, reserve juice
  • 1 pound brown sugar
  • 1 (12-ounce) can cola
  • 1 jar maraschino cherries

INSTRUCTIONS
Mix pineapple juice, brown sugar and Coke. Pour over ham. Place pineapple and cherries on ham. Place ham in a roasting bag, then into a roasting pan. Bake at 350º for 4-4½ hours.
