Meats & Seafood - Peachy Pork Picante



INGREDIENTS
  • 1 pound boneless pork loin, cubed
  • 1 envelope taco seasoning
  • Oil for browning
  • 1 (8-ounce) jar salsa
  • 4 tablespoons peach preserves

INSTRUCTIONS
Coat pork with taco seasoning. Brown in oil. Add salsa and preserves. Stir will. Simmer gently 15-20 minutes.
