| INGREDIENTS |
- 1 pound boneless pork loin, cubed

1 envelope taco seasoning

Oil for browning

1 (8-ounce) jar salsa

4 tablespoons peach preserves

| INSTRUCTIONS |
| Coat pork with taco seasoning. Brown in oil. Add salsa and preserves. Stir will. Simmer gently 15-20 minutes. |
