Recipe of the Month Appetizers - Broccoli Dip



INGREDIENTS
  • 1 small head broccoli, chopped
  • 1/2 cup chopped spinach
  • 1 avocado
  • 1/4 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil

INSTRUCTIONS
Steam broccoli until slightly tender. Put in blender and add remaining ingredients. Blend until mixed well and pour in a serving bowl. Serve with chips or toasted bruschetta.
