| INGREDIENTS |
- 21/4 cups unsweetened

pineapple juice

2 cups cranberry juice cocktail

13/4 cups cold water

1/2 cup brown sugar, packed

2 tablespoons allspice

1 teaspoon whole cloves

3 sticks cinnamon, broken

1/4 teaspoon salt

1 lemon slice

| INSTRUCTIONS |
| Mix first three ingredients and pour into percolator. In the basket, place brown sugar, allspice, cloves, cinnamon, salt, and lemon slice. Assemble percolator and allow mixture to go through perk cycle. Serve hot. |
