Breads, Rolls, and Muffins - Fresh Apple Nut Bread



INGREDIENTS
  • 3 cups flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon cloves
  • 11/2 cups oil
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla
  • 2 cups finely chopped apples
  • 1 cup chopped nuts

INSTRUCTIONS
Grease and flour two loaf pans. Stir together flour, baking soda, salt, and spices. In a large bowl, combine oil, sugar, eggs, and vanilla; beat on medium speed with an electric mixer. Gradually add flour mixture, beating until smooth. Fold in apples and nuts. Pour into pans and bake one hour at 350ยบ.
