Meats & Seafood - Almond Turkey Bake



INGREDIENTS
  • 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese, divided
  • 1 tablespoon flour
  • 1 cup sliced toasted almonds, divided
  • 3 cups chopped cooked turkey
  • 1 1/2 cups chopped celery
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 teaspoon poultry seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 2 (9-inch) pie crusts

INSTRUCTIONS
Toss cheese in flour. Combine 3/4 cup cheese mixture with 1/2 cup almonds along with the other ingredients. Pour into pie crusts. Top each pie with remainin cheese and almonds. Bake in a preheated oven at 400° for 30-35 minutes. Garnish with lemon twists.
