Meats & Seafood - Grilled BBQ Chicken Pizza

  • 1 (13.8-ounce) tube refrigerated pizza dough
  • 1 cup barbecue sauce
  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cooked and cut into strips
  • 8 ounces packaged shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup chopped green onion

Coat a baking sheet with non-stick vegetable spray; spread out dough on pan according to package directions.
Spread sauce over dough; arrange cooked chicken strips on top. Sprinkle with shredded cheese. Spray cold grill grid with non-stick vegetable spray; preheat grill. Carefully lift dough off baking sheet onto grill and cook over low heat for 10 minutes. Use a spatula to remove pizza from grill; sprinkle with green onion. Slice into squares.
Yield: Four servings.
