Fruits and Vegetables - Calico Cabbage



INGREDIENTS
  • 3 pounds shredded cabbage
  • ¼ cup chopped carrots
  • ¼ cup sliced celery
  • ¼ cup chopped onions
  • ¼ cup butter
  • 1½ tablespoons sugar
  • Dash of salt and pepper

INSTRUCTIONS
Sauté cabbage, carrots, celery, and onions in butter for 10 minutes or until tender. Add salt, pepper, and sugar.
