Meats & Seafood - Cheeseburger Pie



INGREDIENTS
  • 1 cup Bisquick mix
  • ¼ cup cold water
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • ½ cup chopped onion
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon pepper
  • 2 tablespoons Bisquick mix
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 2 medium slicing tomatoes
  • 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese

INSTRUCTIONS
Heat oven to 375°. Mix 1 cup Bisquick with the cold water until a soft dough forms. Smooth dough on floured surface and knead five times. Roll out to fit bottom and sides of 9-x-13-inch casserole dish.
Brown ground beef and onion until done. Drain and return to skillet. Stir in salt, pepper, 2 tablespoons Bisquick, and Worcestershire sauce. Spoon mixture into crust. In a small bowl, mix eggs and cottage cheese; pour over beef. Arrange tomato slices on top of egg mixture. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake for 30-45 minutes or until set.
