Meats & Seafood - Meat Balls Extraordinare



INGREDIENTS
  • 4 pounds ground beef
  • 1 egg, slightly beaten
  • 1 large onion, grated
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 (12-ounce) bottle chili sauce
  • 1 (12-ounce) jar grape jelly
  • Juice of 1 lemon

INSTRUCTIONS
Blend together meat, egg, onion, and salt; form into 100 small meat balls. Combine chili sauce, jelly, and lemon juice; pour over meat balls and simmer in electric skillet for one hour. Serve in heated chafing dish.
