Desserts - Hodgie Podgies



INGREDIENTS
  • 3 cups Captain Crunch cereal
  • ½ cup raisins
  • 1 (6-ounce) package butterscotch pieces
  • 2 tablespoons creamy or crunchy peanut butter

INSTRUCTIONS
Place cereal and raisins in a large greased bowl. Melt butterscotch pieces and peanut butter in top of double boiler over hot water stirring occasionally until smooth. Pour over cereal and raisins, stirring quickly to coat evenly. Drop by teaspoons into minature paper cups. Chill until firm.
Yield: About 3½ dozen.
