A 2-ton fertilizer / 3-ton lime spreader, the Cricket is designed for precision dry material application. The Cricket provides an affordable and dependable option to meet your spreading needs. Cricket boasts an ample 70 cu.ft. payload capacity yet requires only a 30-40 horsepower tractor to pull it. The 62" hopper clears most low hanging limbs in orchards and entrances to small buildings. With a narrow wheel track width, the Cricket can be easily maneuvered through narrow paths. Wide flotation tires are standard to minimize compaction. A standard 16" stainless steel mesh chain is powered by a ground wheel drive. The spinners are powered by a PTO shaft and can be powered by tractor supplied hydraulics. Built on a heavy duty 12,000 lb. axle, Cricket sufficiently manages any rough terrain it may encounter.
