Honeydew Delight

Ingredients
- 1 honeydew melon (about 5 pounds) or 2 medium cantaloupes

1 (4-serving) package gelatin, any flavor

3/4 cup boiling water

1/2 cup cold water

Ice cubes

1 banana, sliced
Instructions
Cut melon in half lengthwise. Scoop out seeds, drain well, and chill. Dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Combine cold water and ice cubes to make 1 cups; add to gelatin, stirring until slightly thickened. Remove any unmelted ice. Add banana.
