1 (3 1/2-ounce) package instant vanilla puddingInstructions
Combine all cake ingredients; mix for two minutes. Bake at 350° for 25 to 30 minutes. Cool.
For frosting, combine topping, pineapple, 1/2 cup coconut, and pudding mix. Frost cake and sprinkle with remaining coconut. Refrigerate.
Note: Cake can be baked in round layers and frosted between and around.
