Maple Pralines

Ingredients

  • 2 cups sugar
  • 2/3 cup milk
  • 1 cup maple syrup
  • 2 cups pecans

Instructions


Combine sugar, milk, and maple syrup and cook until mixture reaches the soft ball stage (238ยบ). Remove from heat and cool to lukewarm; beat until mixture is smooth and creamy. Add pecans or any kind of broken nuts and drop on buttered paper from tip of spoon, forming small mounds.
