Crust:
1 stick butter or margarine
1 stack graham crackers
2 tablespoons sugarInstructions
Crush graham crackers and reserve 2 tablespoons. Mix remaining crumbs with melted butter and 2 tablespoons sugar. Press into a 9-x-13-inch pan to form crust. Chill.
In a large mixing bowl, cream sugar and cream cheese until smooth. Add vanilla and slowly stir in milk; mix well. In a small bowl, dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Stir in ice water to cool slightly. Add to cream cheese mixture; mix well. Stir in pineapple by hand. Pour into crust and sprinkle with reserved graham cracker crumbs. Chill six hours or overnight.
