Polynesian Fruit

Ingredients

  • 1 mango, cut in chunks
  • 1 papaya, cut in chunks
  • 1 pineapple, cut in chunks
  • 1 pint strawberries, sliced
  • 1 (4-ounce) container whipped peach yogurt
  • 1 (3-ounce) package sugar-free gelatin
  • 1 cup hot water

Instructions


Dissolve gelatin in water; cool slightly. Fold in remaining ingredients in bowl and stir
to combine; refrigerate. Spoon over pound cake or shortcake, or serve with a dab of whipped topping or scoop of frozen yogurt or sherbet.
