Cherry Delight Pudding

Ingredients

  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 cup chopped nuts
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup butter or margarine, softened
  • 2 cups whipped topping
  • 1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon almond extract
  • 1 can cherry pie filling
  • Instructions


    Mix first four ingredients. Spread into a 9-x-13-inch glass pan. Bake at 350° until golden brown; cool.
    Mix whipped topping, cream cheese, sugar, and almond flavoring. Spread over cooled crust. Spread pie filling on top of cream cheese mixture. Chill until ready to serve.
