Cherry Chicken Salad

Ingredients

  • 3 boneless chicken breasts, cooked, halved, and diced
  • 1/3 cup dried cherries
  • 1/2 cup diced celery
  • 1/3 cup chopped pecans
  • 1/3 cup low-fat mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon buttermilk
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper

Instructions


In a large bowl, combine all ingredients. Toss together well; refrigerate until chilled.
Serve on crackers or croissants.
