Cherry Sparkle Celebration

Ingredients

  • 1 (1-pound, 4-ounce) can crushed pineapple
  • 1 (1-pound, 4-ounce) can Bing cherries, drained
  • 2 small packages black cherry gelatin
  • 2 (6 1/2-ounce) bottles cola

Instructions


Drain pineapple; reserve syrup. Add enough water to syrup to make 2 cups liquid. Pour into saucepan; bring to a boil. Stir in gelatin until dissolved. Add cola; chill until gelatin is partially congealed. Fold in fruits. Turn into mold; chill until firm.
Yield: 20 servings.
