3 tablespoons celery seed
1/2 teaspoon red pepperInstructions
Peel carrots and onions and seed peppers. Finely chop all vegetables together. Add salt; allow mixture to stand for three hours. Drain well.
Dissolve sugar into vinegar; add to drained vegetables along with seasonings. Pack into clear jars; cover well with liquid and seal. No cooking required.
