Bacon Cheese Biscuits

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup shortening

2 cups self-rising flour

1/2 cup shredded Cheddar cheese

1/3 cup cooked and crumbled bacon

2/3 to 3/4 cup milk
Instructions
Heat oven to 450°. Cut shortening into flour until crumbly. Stir in cheese and bacon. Stir in enough milk until soft dough forms.
