Fantastic Go-With-Everything Casserole

Ingredients

• 1 (15 1/2-ounce) can pineapple tidbits, drained
• 3/4 cup sugar
• 1/3 cup cornstarch
• 1 cup grated cheese
• 25 Ritz crackers, crushed
• 1 stick butter or margarine, melted

Instructions

Spread pineapple on bottom of a casserole dish. Combine sugar, cornstarch, and grated cheese; spread on top of pineapple. Top with crackers and butter. Bake at 350° for 25 minutes.
