Cream together milk, coconut, sugar, vanilla, salt, and butter. Divide into three bowls. Add red food coloring to one, green to one, and leave the other white. Grease hands with butter and form small balls from the dough, placing a toothpick into each one. Arrange on a waxed-paper-lined cookie sheet and place into the freezer until frozen.
In a saucepan over hot boiling water, melt 1/2 block paraffin and 1 bar almond white chocolate. Remove bon bons from freezer and dip each into paraffin and chocolate mixture. Refrigerate until cool.
Place a doilie or pretty fabric in a decorative tin. Arrange bon bons in tin and give as a gift.
