Pumpkin Coconut Pie

Ingredients
- 1 3/4 cups cooked pumpkin, mashed

4 eggs, beaten

3 cups sugar

1 1/3 cups butter

1 cup coconut, frozen, grated

2 (9-inch) unbaked pie shells
Instructions
Mix ingredients, pour into pie shells, and bake at 350° for 30 to 40 minutes.
