Triple 6 Frosting

Ingredients

  • 6 tablespoons hot, strong coffee
  • 6 tablespoons butter
  • 6 tablespoons cocoa
  • 1 teaspoon almond extract or flavoring
  • 1 (1-pound) box powdered sugar, sifted

Instructions


Blend coffee, butter, and cocoa; cool for 20 minutes. Add almond extract. Gradually add sugar, blending after each addition; beat well. Spread on two-layer cake.
