Quick and Easy Pear-Apple Crisp

Ingredients

  • 1 (21-ounce) can apple pie filling
  • 1 (8 1/2-ounce) can sliced pears, well drained
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar, packed
  • 1/2 cup plain flour
  • 1/2 cup quick-cooking oats
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 6 tablespoons butter or margarine

Instructions


Mix apple pie filling and pears. Pour into a nine-inch baking dish. In a bowl, combine sugar, flour, oats, and spices. Slice butter and cut into flour mixture with a pastry blender until it's the consistency of coarse crumbs. Bake at 350ยบ for 25 to 30 minutes or until golden brown.
Yield: Four to six servings.
