Whip together sweet potatoes, crushed pineapple, egg, butter, salt, dash of pepper, and nutmeg. Swirl in 1/2 cup whole cranberry sauce.
Spoon into eight greased ramekins (individual baking dishes.) Top each with 1 tablespoon whole cranberry sauce. Bake at 375° for 40 minutes.
