Rocky Road Christmas Candy

Ingredients

  • 1 (12-ounce) package semisweet chocolate chips
  • 1 (14-ounce) can Eagle brand milk
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 cups roasted nuts
  • 1 (101/2-ounce) package miniature marshmallows

Instructions


Melt chocolate chips with milk and butter in a heavy saucepan over low heat. Combine nuts and marshmallows in a large bowl. Fold in chocolate mixture. Pour into a 13-x-9-inch pan. Cover with waxed paper. Chill for two hours or until firm. If desired, garnish with green and red candied cherries for a festive look.
