1 cup sour cream
4 eggs
For the glaze:
½ cup apple butter
1 cup powdered sugarInstructions
Mix all filling ingredients together in a separate bowl. Blend all batter ingredients
and let rest for two minutes. Pour half of the batter in a prepared Bundt pan and pour the filling on top. Cover with remaining batter and bake at 325º for 50 to 55 minutes. While you wait, mix apple butter and sugar to make the glaze. Let the cake cool in the pan, then pour glaze on top.
