Fried Apples

Ingredients

  • ½ stick of butter
  • 8 large apples, peeled, cored, and cut into wedges
  • ½ cup white sugar
  • ½ cup brown sugar, firmly packed
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • pinch of salt

Instructions


Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat. Add apples, white sugar, brown sugar, cinnamon, and salt. Cover and cook for 12 minutes. Uncover and continue cooking until soft and tender.
