Pecan Pie

  • 3 large eggs
  • ¾ cup sugar
  • ½ stick butter, softened
  • ½ tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • ½ cup light corn syrup
  • ½ cup maple syrup
  • 1½ cups pecan halves
  • 1 (9 in.) pie crust
  • Instructions

    Heat oven to 350°. Beat eggs with a mixer until fluffy. In another bowl, stir together the sugar, butter, salt, vanilla, corn syrup, and maple syrup. Fold mixture into the eggs, then fold in the pecans. Pour the filling into the pie crust and bake for 40 to 50 minutes until the filling is set and no longer wobbly in the center. Let cool before cutting.
