Kid Kabobs

Ingredients

  • ½ pound lean round or stew beef, cut into 1-inch cubes
  • Cherry tomatoes (about 20)
  • ¼ cup soy sauce
  • ¼ cup honey
  • Kabob skewers

Instructions


Combine the beef cubes, cherry tomatoes, soy sauce, and honey in a medium bowl and toss to coat. Skewer the beef cubes and tomatoes, alternating or separating them onto different skewers. Place the kabobs on a small baking sheet and keep them centered with plastic wrap in the refrigerator until you’re ready to cook them. The kabobs can be boiled for 10 to 14 minutes (turn once on grill).
