Vegetable Squares

Ingredients

  • 2 cans cresent rolls
  • 2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese
  • ½ cup milk
  • 1 package Ranch dressing mix
  • Chopped veggies: carrots, broccoli, onion, cauliflower, shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions


Press out cresent rolls onto baking sheet. Bake 10 minutes at 350º. Cool.
Mix together cream cheese, milk, and ranch dressing. Chop (or grate) carrots,
broccoli, onion, cauliflower, and cheese. Sprinkle vegetables on top of cream cheese mixture that has been spread over the baked cresent rolls.
Sprinkle cheddar cheese over vegetables, cut into squares, and serve.
