Veggie Tortilla Pinwheels

Ingredients

  • 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
  • 1 teaspoon Ranch salad dressing mix
  • 1 (2½ ounce) package dried beef, chopped
  • ½ cup chopped broccoli
  • ½ cup chopped cauliflower
  • ¼ cup chopped green onion
  • ¼ cup stuffed olives
  • 5 (8 inch) flour tortillas
  • Salsa, optional
  • Instructions


    In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese and salad dressing mix. Stir in beef, broccoli, cauliflower, onions, and olives. Spread over tortillas. Roll tightly and wrap in plastic wrap. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours. Unwrap and cut into ½-inch slices. Serve with salsa, if desired. Yield: 5 dozen.
