Energy Balls

Ingredients
1½ cups creamy peanut butter
3 cups quick oats, blended
1 cup flaxseed, ground
11/8 cups honey
1 tablespoon vanilla
1½ cups mini semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 tablespoon Chia seed
2/3 cup unsweetened coconut
Instructions
Mix together all ingredients. Using a cookie scoop, form balls. Refrigerate.
