Uncle Buck’s Southwestern Chili

Ingredients

  • 2 pounds ground beef
  • 2 cans shoepeg corn
  • 1 can navy beans
  • 1 can black beans
  • 1 can pinto beans
  • 1 large can diced or crushed tomatoes
  • 1 can Rotel tomatoes & peppers (hot option)
  • 1 package taco seasonings
  • 1 package ranch dressing mix
  • 11/2 cups water
  • 1 bag corn chips
  • Grated Cheddar cheese
  • Instructions


    Brown ground beef and drain. Combine all ingredients except corn chips and grated cheese. Cook for two to three hours.
    To serve, line bowl with corn chips, pour chili over it, top with cheese.
