Strawberry Rhubarb Jam

Ingredients
- 5 cups sliced fresh rhubarb

5 cups sugar

1 (20-ounce) can crushed pineapple, unsweetened

1/4 cup water

1 box strawberry Jell-O
Instructions
Mix rhubarb, sugar, pineapple, and water in saucepan. Bring to a boil, reduce heat, and cook 18 to 20 minutes
until rhubarb is tender. Add 1 box strawberry Jell-O. Cook until Jell-O is dissolved. Pour into jars and seal.
This jam is delicious. It’s better than strawberry freezer jam.
