7-Up Stew

Ingredients

• 2 pounds beef stew meat, floured and browned
• 2 cups 7-Up
• 1 envelope dry onion soup mix
• 1 teaspoon curry powder
• 1 large can cream of mushroom soup
• 1 (4 ounce) can mushrooms
• 5 carrots, cut up
• 7 medium potatoes, cut up

1 large onion, sliced

Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

Place all ingredients into Crock-Pot. Stir to mix. Cook on high for 3 hours. After 3 hours, open and stir.
Serve over cooked noodles or cooked rice, if desired.
