Preheat oven to 350ยบ. Beat first five ingredients in large bowl on low speed about 1 minute. Then beat on medium speed about 2 minutes. Spoon into 24 paper-lined muffin cups. Bake 21-24 minutes. Cool in pan for 10 minutes. Remove and cool completely.
Icing:
Beat cream cheese, butter, and lemon juice with mixer until well blended. Gradually add sugar, beating well after each addition. Add lemon zest and stir. Spread onto cupcakes.
