Crab and Red Pepper Spread

Ingredients

  • 4 green onions, finely chopped
  • 2 (8-ounce) packages cream cheese
  • 2 (6-ounce) containers crabmeat, drained
  • 1 cup shredded Sharp Cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup finely chopped red pepper
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions


Combine ingredients and mix well. Refrigerate for 1 hour before serving. Cover and serve with your favorite crackers or with cheese bread cut in wedges and baked.
