Granola Bites

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup rolled oats
  • 3/4 cup regular oats
  • 1 cup toasted coconut
  • 3/4 cup peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • Pinch salt

Instructions


Mix all together, then shape into balls. Store in refrigerator. Note: Can be put into an 8-inch-by-10-inch pan and cut into small squares.
