1 cup chopped cashews
1 cup dried cranberries
1 (10-ounce to 12-ounce) package white chocolate baking chipsInstructions
In a large bowl, cream butter and sugars until light and fluffy. Beat in eggs and vanilla. Combine flour, baking soda, and salt; gradually add to creamed mixture and mix well. Stir in the cashews, cranberries, and chips. Drop by rounded tablespoonfuls 2 inches apart onto ungreased baking sheets. Bake at 350ยบ for nine to 11 minutes or until golden brown. Remove to wire racks to cool.
Yield: 41/2 dozen.
