Cranberry Jalapeño Relish

Ingredients

  • 1 cup dried cranberries
  • 1/2 to 1 cup orange juice
  • 1/2 cup diced red onion
  • 1/2 cup chopped fresh
  • cilantro
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic
  • 1 to 2 fresh jalapeño peppers, seeded and minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1/4 to 1/2 cup lime juice
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • Instructions


    Combine all ingredients, cover, and refrigerate 24 to 48 hours, stirring occasionally. Serve cold.
    Note: This can also be served on a block of cream cheese as an appetizer with crackers.
