Sweet Potato Biscuits

Ingredients
- 3/4 cup shortening

1 teaspoon sugar

1/4 teaspoon salt

2 cups mashed sweet potatoes

3 cups flour, divided
Instructions
Work shortening, sugar, and salt into potatoes. Mix in 21/2 cups flour, leaving 1/2 cup flour to pat out biscuits. Bake at 450ยบ for 10-15 minutes.
