Topping:
11/2 tablespoons sugar
1 cup chopped pecans
1 teaspoon ground cinnamonInstructions
Preheat oven to 350ยบ. Cream butter; add sugar gradually. Beat until light and fluffy. Blend in eggs, one at a time. Fold in sour cream and vanilla. Sift together flour, baking powder, and salt. Add to butter mixture and blend until smooth batter forms.
Combine topping ingredients in a small bowl. Pour 1/3 of the batter into a greased and floured Bundt pan or tube pan. Sprinkle with 2/3 of topping mixture. Pour in remaining batter. Sprinkle with remaining topping mixture. Bake for one hour.
