Cream together butter and sugar. Beat in egg and vanilla. Add pineapple. Sift together dry ingredients. Stir into creamed mixture. Blend in raisins and walnuts.
Drop by tablespoonfuls onto ungreased baking sheet. Bake at 375° for about 12 minutes or until cookies are lightly browned. Yield: 36-40 cookies.
